Our services include general day labourers, fitters' mates, glass cleaners, and glass and plasterboard carriers. We also offer IPAF-trained machine operators, banks man, supervisors with SSSTS accreditation, site managers, fire wardens, first aiders and demolition teams.
We at Speedy Specialists have provided operatives to the construction industry for more than 10 years. Speedy Specialists was originally established in London. However, due to nationwide demand, an additional branch was officially opened in Manchester in 2021. Mike Ferreira
Managing Director
Mike helped establish Speedy Specialists some 10 years ago. He has been involved in the company's growth and success, making it one of London's top labour suppliers for the construction industry. He oversees management staff, client accounts and is responsible for business development and growth. Mike particularly enjoys playing basketball and squash in his spare time.
Giovanni Donadio
Director Speedy Specialists North Region
Giovanni has been in the industry for over 15 years and spearheaded the creation of Speedy Specialists North Branch in Manchester. He is responsible for all operations and growth in the northern UK regions. Giovanni enjoys keeping active and healthy in his spare time, exercising at the gym and boxing.
Richard Crofts
Operations Director Speedy Specialists South
Richard joined Speedy Specialists in 2021 and has been recently promoted to Operations Director. Richard primarily oversees daily operations, recruitment and project work. He has an organised, results-driven approach and takes the lead in optimising processes to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless coordination across various departments. Richard enjoys most sports, particularly rugby and cricket, and has been involved in the construction industry for more than 4 years.
Jean Carlo Sartori
Operations Manager Speedy Specialists North
Jean manages works and activities in the northern UK regions, including quoting services, bookings, and team schedules. He joined Speedy Specialists in 2022 and has a friendly, positive approach to his work. In his spare time, Jean enjoys hiking.
Matthew Lomax
Operations Manager Speedy Specialists South
Matthew joined Speedy Specialists in 2019. He is responsible for allocating labour resources and planning and managing onsite activities. Matthew enjoys sports and has twice cycled the Argos Cycle Tour in Cape Town.
Hinal Patel
Finance manager
Hinal joined Speedy Specialists 10 years ago. He has over 15 years of accountancy and finance experience. He is responsible for managing financial plans, budgets, forecasts and financial risk management. Hinal enjoys all sports and played cricket for Surrey County under 16s.
Valda Lipine
Accounts Manager
Valda manages general accounts for both business branches - London and Manchester. She joined Speedy Specialists 6 years ago and is the primary contact for invoicing matters. Although she has a bachelor’s degree in law, she chose to be an accountant. She enjoys travelling, playing the piano and skiing.
